She specializes in advising on business strategy, investments, and PPPs, particularly in airports. During her career, she was involved in the investment, asset management and divestment of several aviation companies including airports, airlines, and ground handlers. Prior to joining Alton, Mabel was a Managing Director of Investments at Changi Airports International (CAI), where she was responsible for driving the investment strategy of CAI and designing holistic and practical solutions for CAI’s partners in airport management and development. She led teams to successfully bid for airport concessions in the Middle East and Asia Pacific and was the board representative on several projects. Before that, she held the positions of Director of Development (Asia) at Hilton Worldwide, Associate Director (Investment) at Temasek Holdings, and Company Planner at Singapore Airlines.
