	Doris TAN Head of Aviation - Asia Pacific & Middle East, Shell Aviation Doris Tan, Head of Shell Aviation Asia Pacific & Middle East, leads a team of more than 200 people across operations, sales, and marketing. She joined Shell in 1998 and has more than 20 years of commercial experience in the Downstream businesses. She started her career in Retail Singapore where she championed the new format of convenience store retailing in Asia. From here, she moved into Oil Products Consultancy as a senior consultant where she worked on formulating winning strategies for various businesses in UK, USA and China. For the next 10 years, Doris held various leadership roles in sales and marketing in Global Lubricants where she led strong teams to win market share in Asia. This has contributed significantly to the growth of Shell lubricants in key growth markets. One of the big win was the global deal with BMW. Prior to her role today, Doris was the Base Oil Business Manager for Asia/Middle East. She held the key responsibility to negotiate multi-million dollar deals with base oil manufacturers across the world. She has delivered key agreements with strategic base oil partners like SK and Exxon.
